東海大學經濟系

本系大學部原分為一般經濟組及產業經濟組，自113學年度起將兩組整併，不再分組，此外，本系也設有碩士班每年招收12名研究生。鑑於國內外各大學的經濟學系所眾多，且課程安排均著重傳統的數理模型分析，本系則偏向實務面並強調商學與經濟學的結合，希望培育學生擁有下列能力：分析、瞭解企業內部運作情況之能力，分析產業特徵及演變之能力，熟練數量分析模型及工具之能力，且能掌握及分析最新金融市場之變化。
